Frostbite End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Frostbite ("the Software", "the Bot").
By inviting, installing, or using Frostbite, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Frostbite grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Bot solely through Discord.
No ownership rights are transferred.
2. Ownership
Frostbite, including its software, source code, documentation, branding, algorithms, databases, and intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of its developer.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Frostbite except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Copy or redistribute Frostbite without authorization.
- Modify, exploit, or interfere with Frostbite or its infrastructure.
- Circumvent security measures.
- Use Frostbite to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Use Frostbite for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Open Source Components
Frostbite may include or depend upon third-party open-source software.
Such components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights granted by those licenses.
5. Updates
Frostbite may receive updates, patches, bug fixes, feature additions, or removals at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of Frostbite constitutes acceptance of such updates.
6. Availability
Frostbite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
No warranty is made regarding:
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Performance
- Reliability
- Compatibility
- Continuous operation
7. User Content
Users retain ownership of content submitted through Discord.
By using Frostbite, you grant Frostbite the limited rights necessary to process such content solely for providing moderation and automation services.
No ownership of user-generated content is claimed.
8. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.
The developer may suspend or revoke access without prior notice for abuse, misuse, security concerns, or violations of applicable policies.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frostbite is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
- Loss of data
- Incorrect moderation decisions
- Service interruptions
- API outages
- Discord platform issues
- Lost revenue
- Business interruption
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws governing the use of the Software.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the developer's principal place of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Frostbite Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement, constitutes the complete agreement governing your use of Frostbite.
